I see the point as maximising the number of xp games a player can have to 60 more than anything else
That would still be the case if its by player rather than by team, but it would allow your non-preferred to still get 30 custom games and keep morale etc

There was no limit before, it was introduced since so many people complained that it is hard for the "not so active" managers to play 60 games.
You can always play your backup players in friendlies to keep up morale, just disable xp gains for those matches. I do that always for the first 2 matches of the season to get my first team players upto 90 morale, and then in friendlies after a loss and before a big match to boost up morale for first team.

Just a nice thing to have, would be when clicking the competition》game world to see a quick summary of the tables from all 1.1 divisions

I'd like the players I've already scouted on the transfer market to be obvious when looking at the list - have them highlighted in some way.

Small win bonus for friendly tournament winners...maybe 200k for first place, 100k for second place.

Personally, I find it really absurd to have to pay 50% of the value to promote a second player from their youth center (which already costs to create). At the beginning of the game the market is almost impossible, if it becomes impossible even to promote a young player.... I really don't understand how one can grow.
I fear that a lot of things are done only for already strong teams who have a lot of money.
After the prizes, I have 48 million in cash. Is it sane to spend 33 for a young person from your youth center? I definitely say no ... my 2 cents

It's annoying and it's very costly. I've suggested it before but it was rebuffed,
Yth-12 cost $60m, 3 yth per season, it cost $30m per season, which means there's no free youth player at all.
And i've suggested to remove teamless market to make youth pull.

Youth players stay in your academy for 7 days, so you can promote him next season. Scout him and see if he is any good, promote early next season if he is really good, or just wait for the next youth. You will only miss 5 rounds of training if you wait till start of next season compared to promoting now.

i have no real way to gauge how good my GK is performing :o

Given the acknowledged importance of XP, it'd be convenient if the listings under "All Teams in England Division 1.1" etc. showed both the average RPs and average XPs for teams.

Maybe a Match Betweeen Champions Cup Winner and Super cup winner on Round 1?
I would Like to see one.
It Would be interesting Since Super cup Champions Are Not Too Far from Champions Cup Winners Level.

Club museum to showcase the pictures of trophies we have previously won, and probably when a manager click our club name, he should see by picture, some of the medals/trophies beside the club detail
