Give managers the possibility to add a player in the hall of fame EVEN if he is already retired.

In recent seasons we have witnessed a clear and monstrous reduction in truly talented young people coming out of youth schools. For example, there is no 16-17y WB with at least 5/4 on the market right now.
I wonder why this thing. Then those few really strong ones are sold at impossible prices and always to the same strong teams. This increases the difference between the teams and makes it even more impossible to close the gap

Now the usual old people who want to maintain the "status quo" will come and say that these are useless complaints

You started in season 12, more than 2 years ago. Aren't you an "usual old person" by now 🤔

Whilst I would agree that this season has seen a lower number of talented youngsters on the market, this does not mean that they aren't being promoted and kept by the teams fortunate enough to have them. Also, last season there were a lot of talented players that came to the market so it has to even out somehow.

I also think that there are a decent number of 5* potential players available, they can't all have 4 or 5 learning though as this means the game would be flooded with top talents and it'd be easy for everyone to build a top team. I've promoted or purchased a number of 5* potential players with 'low' learning who have turned out to be very decent players, my WF Syed Rahim is a prime example of this as he has only 2.5 learning but is one of my best players.

I guess it has already been discused, but emergency for me is new tactical options, at least Wich side you attack. Maybe Make a lot of crosses or play deep in spaces… now really not enough impact on the match.

It seems to me that it is worth paying attention to maintaining activity on the forum. Sometimes users come up with interesting ideas, but without attention their activity stops. I suggest introducing likes or something similar so that people can vote to support the posts. Well, the authors of posts that have collected the most likes or a certain number of them per season receive one coin.

Don't think this qualifies as a "small suggestion", but leaving it here because I don't think another thread is worthwhile for it unless it gains traction.

I was thinking another element of tactical complexity that could be added to the game was "Formation Training and Efficiency". Basically in short each player would have a familiarity rating with certain formations. They would get it when the team either uses that formation and they play, or when they play against a certain formation. Obviously the metrics would have to be figured out, but something like a +10% Formation familiarity bonus for every 90 minutes played might work. The bonus wouldn't decrease in games where the player doesn't play, but only when they play and its a different formation.

I think it would be nice to see ranking lists for players as well. We would see the best players, best CF, GK and others.

Something has to give here, just played a team that did not make a sub in a 120+ minute game and of course they scored late to win. This is just fucking dumb at this point stamina means jack fucking shit.

You continuously tell us that is matters and the sliders will be changing...but absolutely nothing has changed so I am done wasting my time and money on this god awful sim.

To be fair, your top CB got knocked out of the game, and the goal scorer has 80 stamina. That other team in the French league should be dead by halftime of every game, though.

Absolutely that is my point, and Tegimus keeps telling me how much stamina affects the game. This is obvious that is means JACK SHIT. Please tell me a team that has won any major cup game going over 120 mins that HAS NOT MADE A SUB in the entire game. I will sit here and wait for the answer.

Opponent : Average Stamina of 48.9 and 3 players under 30 stamina, please tell me how the fuck they are still walking after the 90 mins let alone 120!

My Team: Average Stamina of 52.2, Lowest is 41 and I made three subs taking out my lowest fitness players.

The game is broken and makes zero sense. I waste training on Stamina to get beat by teams that send out players with 20,22,28 and never make a sub. What a waste of time and money.

So I am guessing no transparency on how much Stamina even matters then as per usual?
