Started season 7 in div 3.1 (End of s6 but already relegated to 3.1).
Champion of bot league 3.1.
Lost league cup final against 15 rated bot team..
At least it ignited the change to match engine, and afterwards.
Lost playoff 6 (six) times in a row.

Promoted from divison 3.1.

Guys i need help to manage my team.

How is it too easy with you guyz, getting promoted and having 70+ xp players ...

I've just check my league div 1, its imposible to get promoted at my level.

I might have you beat with how I have been this season in league play, I have 1 point, and lost my only match in the National cup.
To put it kindly, my team is in a rebuilding year.

You already won same amount of trophy and a similar trophy as mine, in just 3wks of f4f career, you seems better.

I started slowly and started the younger players to build up their stats and experience. Buy players with high experience.

I got lucky to start, the game started me out in third place in a weak league with retiring good players. Now we are facing relegation. Hopefully in a few seasons, I should be able to make it back up to division 2.

get a scout and sign good players from teamless players that has high learning and pot, being in lower league make it possible to gives them playing time.

Exactly but i can't afford a ciga now.

Currently I have a decent young core on my team, right now I am just waiting for them to develop.

I am a little new to the game, so if you don't mind me asking what exactly would that do for both of us, like would I have to pay his salary? Also, how would he gain xp if I didn't play him? Just wondering?

It's all about figuring out what you need to have and working towards achieving those goals. Everyone has a different play style and would build the club up differently but these are the basics that every club would need in the first 4 or 5 seasons:

Stadium capacity 30k (gives 1.2M for every home match)
Training centre level 10 (for training efficiency of atleast 70%+)
Youth academy level 5 (to have a chance of a 17 yr old player)
Squad: 3 or 4 promising youth players, half the squad above 50xp to help the youth gain xp from matches
Results: Doesn't matter at all, just make money and xp out of your games

By this time, your youth players would have reached a level good enough to compete, now get another new batch of youth players in and repeat. Keep an eye on the transfer market always to pickup up bargains on good players. Always try to loan out 2 players. Start caring about results, and continue to develop the stadium and facilities.

Actually if you notice by now theres forum topics that generally group some teams and loan some young players out.
Two managers cannot loan between them self in a season so they made group.
But that is if you dont have an important void to fill through loan players.

There was a change on how loan players gain xp, its base on own club not the loaning team, so it doesn't matter if he play at his club.
This change was introduce when some teams just loan and would never play the player.

Yeah the loaner would pay his salary, but if that would be a problem, you can choose not loan him anyway.
The loan market will close in 3 rounds

Guys i feel my team is too young to bother myself with promotion this season, its tempting to get promoted now that we have bots in division 1.1, i can imagine my boyz with average of 48-50 xp getting battered in every game, and only top10 would save my ass in div 1.
So therefore i should wait instead or i should go ahead with my promotion fight.

Promotion is better

Take into account that your players will get lot of more XP playing in Div1, and the sponsor's prize money is lower every season.

I agree with gaining more xp, but getting relegated won't get me more sponsorship money in div 1.

Maybe with friendlys you can save morale, And Maybe you can try top 12, other is that you gain exp more

Alright i would i try my best then to get promoted, lets see who my final playoff opponent will be. (11th or 12th Place team)
