Yes, experience will be still shown and also used by the match engine as it is now. Only change is that it is considered for calculating player ratings.

Has any thought been put into reducing the game world a bit to not have the 3rd tier in every country? Seems like a waste at this point and would increase the participation in some of the other countries since England is really the only country with 3rd level teams

It is under serious consideration, we are making a plan to do it. If we decide to go with it then all 3rd division teams will be moved to 2nd division and division 3 will be removed (until we get enough users to fill division 3s again). National trophy will be reworked to include division 1 and 2 teams only. This will be implemented before new leagues will be introduced, if everything goes well as per plan.

We have to see if England division 2 can accommodate all users in the division 3s there, else we might leave the 3rd division in England as it is and remove it for the other countries only.

Yeah that was the only thing I was curious about. May just be easier to ask those users which country's league 2 they'd like to move to rather than keep England as the only country with a 3rd division.

When new managers join the game it might be an idea to remove the option to select a country. Instead the game puts any new team into the country with lowest number of managers and managers cannot change country until a certain amount of time has passed & then only if there is room in th e preferred country

Yes, but some users do want to play in tougher leagues.
May be we should just put a message while selecting a country, that more users in a country means tougher competition, and it is better for them to start in a country with less users.

Yes good idea, plus explain that the option to move countries is available when they have developed their club

Another idea:
If a manager leaves, their club should be made available for an existing manager to take it over.
Let's use Mr Ske as an example, he had good side with maxed facilities so once he left his side would appear on a newly managerless teams list and all managers have the opportunity to apply to take over that club (with no loss of facilities, you take over the club with the same players and the club's current cash balance).
There would be a one week window to apply and the manager that gets the team is the highest ranked manager that applied before the deadline.

Hi. I know there could be a merge down for old players, but is it normal such a loss of several of my best players, from 77 to 67 rating ? Even at 27yo ? Seriously if so, what's the point training players, as only xp makes you win, if you can't even raise some great players... ??

Since 1.5 year f4 users has be complaining of over powered xp, nothing was done only to rub it on our face more and more.
How on earth this game still has few users? Xp over complicated.

Nerf xp that was what we request or reduce/cap xp to 50xp maximum who trains better wins, increase wages or maintenance make it impossible to have squad full of superstars.
Make it a management game, finance, squad, strategy and not xp game.
