my headache is i need to train my u19s, if i do so i waste puncheon talents.
If i play those team they will never gain enough xp to help the younger ones.

I don't think its a bad choice but it is annoying that I didn't write down my players potential before the change....

Has there been discussion on what the ranges are? To be honest 3.5 is as low as 62 from memory which means anything below 4 is worthless I imagine but would be keen to know what the ranges are nonetheless.....

1 star = 10 to 20 (or 10.00 to 19.99 not sure how precise but there is always a 1% error chance even with a 99 scout so doesn't make a big difference)
1.5 star = 20 to 30
