@fathima look at @chika fujiwara gk in portugal.
The gk only needs his handling/reflex very high the rest at least 60, which i think the 18y will achieve.

How are we supposed to know if a player is already "maxed out" in a certain skill?
Could it possibly be auto-marked in red color or bolded once that happens? Alternatively, it should be made impossible to assign a player to train in a certain skill if he has already reached his potential limit in it. Allowing players to train skills when they are not able to learn anything new in it seems unreasonable because a player wouldn't even be able to perform in such a training as he is unable to improve that skill anymore.
Also, it would be possible that when the player, his coach and scout all know that player is unable to train in a certain skill, he would be automatically redirected to train other valuable skill that he hasn't maxed out yet using the "auto-set training" feature.
Player's overall "skill potential" in numbers used to be visible in scout's report but this info was erased. What should we rely on now?
Are players gaining skills slower than before? ? I remember my best talents (5/5) increased more than 100 points. Now the max seems around 70 points. What has changed?
